Working principle

2. Before use, be sure to lock the casters to prevent malfunctions during machine operation. 3. Check if any parts of the machine have been damaged during transportation. 4. Check for foreign objects in the basket and rotating cage and clean them thoroughly to prevent damage to the machine during operation. 5. When using a vegetable dehydrator, use a permeable cloth bag to pack the vegetables and then put them into the vegetable permeable machine. This not only provides better protection for the vegetables, but also makes loading and unloading very convenient, with short material changing time, which can save a lot of time. 6. Before using the dehydrator, the timer can be automatically adjusted to set the dehydration time.

7. Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the voltage used by the device.
8. Extend the power cord, reliably ground the wire core with a grounding symbol, and connect the other two wire cores to the full stage disconnect large distance power switch respectively; The power cord and the incoming and outgoing parts of the machine should be fixed and sealed to prevent water and electricity leakage.
9. Check the photoelectric control probe located at the rear of the hood. The correct position is aligned with the through hole of the follow-up disk on the left side of the hood hinge, checked for accuracy, closed the power switch, and conducted a no-load test run on the hood. Only when all parts are normal can the machine be tested. 10. Open the hood; Close the external power switch. 11. Load the rated materials into the sieve basket, and the materials should be evenly distributed without any obvious deviation or accumulation. 12. Place the basket inside the inner rotating cage, close the cover, and the machine will automatically run for one cycle, then automatically brake and stop. 13. After the machine completes its work, turn off the power.
1. Does the operating speed of the cage not match the adjustment speed?
